Hair length: ‘Hair length’ represents the length of your wig when it is in a straight state, once the hair is curled it may appear slightly shorter than its original straight length.

Processing time: All natural-colour wigs require a two-week customisation period, while dyed/coloured wigs require a three-week customisation period before it is sent to you. This allows us to give each piece our full attention and ensure it is crafted with the same exceptional, high-quality finish every time.

Order: If you want any changes made to your order, contact the team as soon as possible and we will advise whether the change can be accommodated. Please be advised that we are not able to change any details of the order once production has begun. 

Delivery: Parcels are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery. You will be issued a tracking number to monitor the progress of your parcel. 

-Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change/amend the delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

-Please be advised that we do not offer refunds for any lost or missing parcels, or parcels delayed in transit.

-Once your order has been carefully prepared and shipped, if any issues arise during transit, we advise that you direct any dispatch related queries to the delivery company as they are best positioned to provide delivery related assistance. 

Exchanges: Every wig goes through a strict quality assurance process to ensure that all of our customers get the best. Please be advised that we do not accept refunds on our custom made units, unless the wig is faulty. An exchange may also be considered depending on the circumstance. In any case, the hair must be in its original packaging, unworn, unaltered with the lace intact and tags still attached. You are always welcome to contact the AD team if you require any support.
