Is this really free?
Yes — completely. The Wig Suite is our way of saying thank you for your loyalty. There is no charge for any consultation within your tier.
How do I know if I've unlocked a session?
You'll receive an email invitation after your qualifying purchase. You can also check your account dashboard at any time to see your current tier and consultation status.
What do I need to have ready for my session?
Have your wigs nearby, be in a well-lit room, and have your usual styling tools to hand. We'll send a checklist reminder 24 hours before your session so you're fully prepared.
Can I gift my consultation to someone else?
Yes! Consultations can be gifted to a friend or family member. If you'd like to do this, simply reach out to us after booking and we'll arrange it.
What if I'm new to wearing wigs?
The Style & Care session is perfect for you. Our stylist will start from the very beginning — no question is too basic. Many of our best sessions are with clients who are brand new to wigs.
